Phone Installment

Information Entry Stage

Sales personnel collect and submit the user’s personal and work information, including basic details, ID photo upload, and face recognition verification. The system then analyzes the submitted data through the risk control model to approve the credit result and determine the eligible loan amount. Once approved, the customer selects their preferred device and installment plan.

Repayment Stage

Log in to the FoneGo app to view and confirm their repayment plan. They make regular repayments on a weekly or monthly basis using easypaisa or JazzCash, ensuring their installment obligations are met on time.

Installment Stage

After confirming the installment plan, the customer pays the down payment via cash or mobile wallets (easypaisa/JazzCash) and uploads the payment receipt to the backend system for verification. Upon successful review, the customer receives the new phone pre-installed with the FoneGo app, ready for use.

Control Stage

The system sends SMS reminders before and after the due date. In cases of serious overdue, various measures such as account restrictions may be applied.

Customers consult store guides about phones and installment options, complete a real-time credit check, choose a suitable plan, sign the electronic contract, receive their phone once funds are disbursed, and enjoy ongoing support with repayment reminders and customer service.

Community Agent Direct Sales

Community agents promote mobile phones and installment plans directly within local communities, providing face-to-face consultation. Users complete a quick system credit check, select their preferred plan, sign an electronic contract with face verification, pay the down payment, and receive instant delivery. The process is supported by repayment reminders and ongoing agent after-sales assistance.
